You'll get an invitation to our catered gourmet pre-game party, autograph session with a former Pittsburgh football great and a VIP game ticket to see the Black & Gold play in Heinz Field. Your family, employees, clients and friends will be wined and dined and star struck at our events. Nothing around can compare with our VIP packages. This is the perfect way to say thank you or just the perfect way to participate in the Black & Gold game experience.

All American Events is unlike any football game day company. In addition to premium seating, we will give EVERY ONE of our client that purchased a ticket to game a VIP Pre-game experience. With each purchase of a game ticket to any regular season game, you will receive the following:

  • An invitation to a private party at Bru Lounge located at restaurant prior to game. The restaurant will be exclusively dedicated to our party.
    (Party will include gourmet luncheon, open bar, snacks and more!).
  • Invitation to Autograph session with former Pittsburgh football great.
    Includes 8x10 Pictures of the athlete for signature.
  • Preferred Discounts on National Sports Incentive Travel Packages.

Shipping

The majority of Black & Gold Party tickets sold through our site are shipped using Federal Express. Orders placed from outside the United States are required to use an International method of delivery. Most Black & Gold Party tickets are shipped within 24 hours of when you place an order for Black & Gold Party tickets. However, in some cases, the tickets have not yet been printed and mailed by the venues, so they will not be available to be shipped to you until a later date.


Refunds

There are no refunds except in the following cases:

Supertix.com guarantees to all purchasers of Black & Gold Party tickets to provide, and in fact provides, a full refund of the amount paid by the purchaser, including all fees, regardless of how characterized, if any of the following occur: (i) The Black & Gold Party game is canceled. If the Black & Gold Party game is canceled, reasonable handling and delivery fees need not be refunded as long as the previously disclosed guarantee specifies that the fees will not be refunded. The ticket received by the purchaser does not allow the purchaser to enter the Black & Gold Party game, for reasons including the fact that the ticket is counterfeit or has been canceled by the issuer due to nonpayment, unless the ticket is canceled due to an act or omission by the purchaser. (iii) The ticket fails to conform to its description on the Internet website.
