Shipping

The majority of Chita Rivera tickets sold through our site are shipped using Federal Express. Orders placed from outside the United States are required to use an International method of delivery. Most Chita Rivera tickets are shipped within 24 hours of when you place an order for Chita Rivera tickets. However, in some cases, the tickets have not yet been printed and mailed by the venues, so they will not be available to be shipped to you until a later date.

Refunds

There are no refunds except in the following cases:

Supertix.com guarantees to all purchasers of Chita Rivera tickets to provide, and in fact provides, a full refund of the amount paid by the purchaser, including all fees, regardless of how characterized, if any of the following occur: (i) The Chita Rivera game is canceled. If the Chita Rivera game is canceled, reasonable handling and delivery fees need not be refunded as long as the previously disclosed guarantee specifies that the fees will not be refunded. The ticket received by the purchaser does not allow the purchaser to enter the Chita Rivera game, for reasons including the fact that the ticket is counterfeit or has been canceled by the issuer due to nonpayment, unless the ticket is canceled due to an act or omission by the purchaser. (iii) The ticket fails to conform to its description on the Internet website.
