Our Solution
An ultra exclusive trip to the Super Bowl

The Actual Plan
First, all of the invited multi-national’s clients came into the company’s home town for a pre-trip extravaganza. At the party, all the guests were given a signed jersey from a NFL star, a Super Bowl souvenir package and an opportunity for an intimate meet and greet with one the NFL's greatest players. The next morning, limo buses took everyone to the airport where they boarded a chartered VIP commercial airliner stocked with gourmet food and a premium bar. On board, as an additional surprise, we had three former NFL stars walking around and meeting all of the guests.

At the Houston Airport, we had limos take the group to their hotel, an impossible to obtain NFL Super Bowl headquarter hotel. After dinner at a restaurant that was rented exclusively for our group, limos whisked everyone away to the VIP Playboy Party. The next morning after breakfast, buses were waiting to transport the group to the NFL Experience where again we had two former players take them through the interactive fan festival.

That evening, after another private dinner at a VIP restaurant, the group was escorted past the massive crowd to the VIP line of the impossible to access, ultra exclusive Maxim Magazine Party. After walking the red carpet with Hollywood celebrities, the group partied at the Maxim Magazine Super Bowl party with A list celebrities and athletes. The next morning after a game day breakfast brunch hosted by another NFL player, the group loaded the buses and headed to the stadium.

At the stadium, a VIP pre-game party with an open premium bar, gourmet food and entertainment awaited the group. Inside the game, everyone sat on the fifty-yard line to watch the biggest sporting event in the world.
